Krysta and Diane are two sisters who live in Canada. Krysta came up with the idea of GIPC on July 10, 1999. The first two pages, the main one and the message board, were set up that afternoon. At first Diane didn't show much interest, but when she looked at GIPC's original pages she decided that they were boring and intervened to help with the graphics and define some of the details.
